Tuesday
Breakfast: Bowl of Cheerios with a banana and orange juice
Lunch: One serving of yogurt, Grilled Cheese on whole wheat bread. And milk to drink.
Dinner: BBQ Chicken, corn, and salad-cucumbers with vinaigrette salad dressing. And water to drink.
Wednesday
